He wants to spread knowledge about how effective diet and supplements can be at treating ailments and promoting well-being.
Evan's graduate studies focused on the core physiological processes that contribute disease and how to best nutritionally address these problems. He has reviewed thousands of studies that unveil how diet and nutritional supplement pharmacology affect chronic disease and degenerative aging.
Along with his formal training in nutrition, he is informed in the field by his research for commercial nutrition entities, his decade-long informal interest in nutrition, and his personal experience with a wide variety of medicinal modalities.
Dr. Corina Kibsey is a naturopathic doctor and health writer. She is the author of two books and blogs regularly on her own website. She also sees patients out of several clinic locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Dr. Corina is passionate about having open conversations with patients about their health and has a special focus on insomnia and digestion.
Her favourite naturopathic principle is docere, or "doctor as teacher", as she loves teaching patients about their bodies and health through workshops and Lunch and Learn sessions.
After years of feeling unwell and not finding success through conventional medical practices, I found my way to Holistic Nutrition, where I found success in balancing my life and health. I am incredibly passionate about the positive impacts of nutrition on individuals.
After working in the health food industry for years, I decided to take my passion of helping people through nutrition further and studied Holistic Nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Mississauga, Canada.

Women’s hormones are a special topic to me, as my understanding of them has helped me to address my health issues in a way I know wouldn’t be possible if I didn’t address my hormonal imbalances. Donna Schwontkowski is currently the editor of Health & Fitness Magazine in Sacramento, California. She has taught health classes in the community on how to reverse major stubborn diseases such as Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, hair loss, and skin disorders, and on detoxification and cleansing. After working with thousands of patients over the years, Dr. Donna still receives many referrals although she is officially retired from the practice of chiropractic.
Dr. Donna was the host and producer for the television show, Health & Fitness Solutions, which aired for four years during 2000-2004. On her show, she begin introducing successful natural healing solutions long before the Dr. Oz show.
Dr. Donna is the author of numerous books, and during chiropractic school, she taught thousands of students how to learn a half semester’s worth of course material in 3 to 6 hours with over an 80% retention rate. She created all these accelerated learning methods on her own, and applied them to 4th and 5th graders in 2010 through 2012.
For over 20 years, Dr. Donna has used hair analysis tests in conjunction with other methods of nutritional analysis to determine whether or not heavy metal toxicity is affecting patients. These tests have been invaluable, often providing information that would never have been discovered.
Dr. Donna’s passion is to show people through education that it is possible to quickly reverse illnesses with natural healing.
A past director of Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine and Occupational Medicine, Dr. Jeffrey Hendricks is noted worldwide for his discovery of how subtle nutritional signals can dramatically affect disease risk. Through study of nutrition and epigenetics, or nutrigenomics, Dr. Hendricks has grown passionate about the supplement industry and simple, safe products that promote optimal health.
Dr. Hendricks graduated from the University of Michigan and attended Michigan State University Medical School. Dr. Hendricks has continued to pursue his interest in research, developing multiple clinical protocols for cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance, and rheumatoid arthritis.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Hendricks is an inventor, runner, cyclist and triathlete. He has patented the Rheumora glove, a novel medical device for Rheumatoid Arthritis, and is the creator of Rize Performance Beverage, a natural health drink to optimize physical and mental function.
